SNHL’s mission is to increase company value by effectively utilizing its network to develop a portfolio of strategic-assets/projects, and to effectively manage those assets in a manner that strikes the correct balance between risk and reward.
SNHL seeks to achieve comparable returns by focusing on opportunities in the growth markets in the Pan-Asian region and by opportunistically pursuing commercial, hospitality, real estate & media investment opportunities. SNHL also looks for development opportunities, repositioning opportunities and distressed opportunities arising from lack of liquidity and improper management. SNHL adds value to the portfolio through thoughtful financial structuring and skilled asset management, and by applying its management and capital market expertise to each investment. With its local experienced management team and extensive network throughout Asia, SNHL is able to originate proprietary investment opportunities for the portfolio.
SNHL’s investment focus is on assets in strategic locations within submarkets that offer favorable fundamentals. SNHL anticipates that it will have a portfolio of three to five investments within a three year period.
